White worms (Enchytraeus Albidus sp) has long been in aquaculture and ornamental aquarium hobby as a quality enhancer and fish feed. White worms are fed typically for fish that outgrow microworm stage, as they reach 20mm in length and 1mm in diameter. They are highly nutritious and also make great food for aquatic amphibians such as frogs and salamanders.
