Springtail Culture

Springtails are a great addition to a terrarium/vivarium as a cleanup crew but more recently as live foods for smaller fish. Springtails float on the water surface and dart across the water, attracting small top dwelling fish such as guppies, hatchet fish, pencil fish etc.  

Order will contain the following: 

• Springtail culture (size options: ~150+ Springtails or ~350+ Springtails)
• 2 week supply of springtail food 

The springtails will be shipped on a mite-free clay substrate to ensure secure safe transport. This will minimise damage to springtails as with loose substrate during transit.
